Derrick P. Winke is an Enrolled Agent and tax advisor with nearly four decades of experience helping individuals, families, and closely held businesses solve complex tax and financial problems. Derrick is an NTPI Fellow, Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA), Accredited Tax Preparer (ATP), and IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA). His academic background includes a BBA in Finance and Accounting (Western Michigan University), an MBA (Wayne State University), and a Master of Science from the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom, where he also completed significant coursework toward a Doctorate in Business Administration.
Based in Troy, Michigan, Derrick values long-term client relationships and community involvement, including many years as a crisis counselor and volunteer in Oakland County. He is married, with four children and five grandchildren, and brings a calm, practical, and family-centered perspective to his advisory work.
